All students. Time are not easy compare to 80s 90s. If we are not strong, we will fall into depression or negativity quickly.

At all time we need to have a system in our life to practice.

Example:

I have a student, no matter shine or rain or whatever what mood

Every morning wake up:

1. I have all that I need to make this a great day of my life.
2. I have all the information I need to solve any challenges that come up today.
3.  I am filled with gratitude and kindness for another day on this earth.
4. Everything that is happening now is happening for my ultimate good.I radiate beauty, charm, and grace.

For those who have chronic illness:

I am conquering my illness; I am defeating it steadily each day.

Of all Charity, Filial shall be the most important; Whats the point doing all charity and volunteers but bad to own parents
If u need help from people , heaven , think of what ur action and ur ways (did u help people or selfish)

• U always ask heaven help u this and that, but again what kind of person are u. May be u always say u harmless but are u helpful and true heart good to world or people.
• Life is not just about pray pray pray good luck, is action. A person who have no time to chant mantra or go temple but if him or her spend 5mins to help a person in distress is equivalent of chanting 100 days of mantra.
• bryan lao shi, dont have enough time to seat there meditate or chant 1 hour, but he uses his 1 hour to write article to motivate people, he uses his 1 hour, to cook soup for parents, he uses his 1 hour to reflect on his action and thoughts.
• Prosperity or Decline in luck, must think of one's action and also ur ancestor actions (so do more good merits)
• Deep within u are a fountain of prosperity, just that u surround it with daily negativity. Regret , repent and rejoice:>
• Plant good seeds, u will get good fruits (process and waiting may be not easy but once fruits pop out u know)

Sometimes u plant seeds, but need to plant many times so plant will grow, because ur karma la, example the soil you have is not good enough compare to many .

So from now, keep nourishing your soil with compassion, loving kindness and wisdom, ur seed will grow. And please when ur fruits grown give me one. Errr but i dont want durian very fattening, u plant peach ok. Because peach treee can earn money.
But some born with a good soil but keep using the soil without adding fertiliser of love, compassion, kindness , so proud until soil used up one day also dont know. This is common for many rich family the younger one just use the money and dont know the source.

• A plants has roots will die. Human if u dont have your "roots", you wont die la, you just look aged and "ao ao" Da Da (dry dry): 
• and no moisturizer can help u ahahha:> Yeah some face very beautiful but fake because u lost the root of loving kindness and compassion. So everyone has a rootful look of well like by people.

I have explained in short why sometimes luck block in many area. Sometimes is due to the action we created the results . Action from past or even from ancestor time.

So from today, review our wrong doings in speech or thinking daily and regret them

For me i regret daily de, because everyday we are creating negativity unknowingly.

1) Talk bad gossip
2) Scold people
3) Talk rude to people
4) Jealous of people success
5) rude to parents

So before u sleep , write down ur problems and regret them. Than copy the new poems i prepare for u daily for 21 days. See how luck luck improve.
