Time flies and Courage and Best Aroma Oil in Singapore

Many years ago, whenever I want to launch a new aromatherapy oil. I always worry people says" Aiya Bryan trying to do sales of new things again"

So everytime I want to launch a good product I stress what people will think of me. Suddenly Last few years I wake up my idea ;

I can launch many new aroma oil and is in the website, if you want you can buy , why must you think what others says. Because of that my aromatherapy list was not full list. So my plan this 2 years is to provide a full range of good essential oil, not only is my rice bowl but also quality, good price that can help people.

One oil which puzzled me and I love so much is the Fir Tree, (a bottle $120, MLM). So this year I am blessed to connect to a farm and produce a FOUR BIG TREES Oil at $45. Alot of things happening this year, probably is because I have turned 41 and learning to lead a life happier and do what need to be done.

Collector's Item (available only in December 2013)
i) 1ml Rose Otto Fresh ($120)
ii) Jasmine (non choking scent) 3ml ($120)
iii) 40 years old Sandalwood 5ml ($120)
iv) Roman Aspire Blue Chamomile neck shoulder face oil (for stress) 20ml ($55)

Another Oil which I always wanted to launch is Organic Blue Roman Chamomile but 5ml within span of 6 years market rate is $60 to $160 (cheaper version have but sigh...)

Multi Chamomile Massage Oil is better choice (25ml) at $55 can get as is so good in relaxing u in office:>

Tree of Healing Aroma Oil (One of the 4 trees in a bottle at only $45) Launch soon.

Stretching As A Pain Remedy ( I do this daily when no energy)

This stretch is never religious. Once I was attending a yoga class 8 years ago. U apply 3 oil with cream on neck , stomach and lower back. Than u do this stretch:> U will feel rejuvenated"?

Next to breathing and breath work, stretching is the most beneficial exercises we can do for better health. Done in tandem, breath work and stretching are the best support for easing aches, pain, tension, headaches, tight muscles and unexplained pain elsewhere in the body. Just as there are different types of flexibility, there are also different types of stretching. Stretches are either dynamic (meaning they involve motion) or static (meaning they involve no motion). Dynamic stretches affect dynamic flexibility and static stretches affect static flexibility (and dynamic flexibility to some degree). When done properly, stretching can do more than just increase flexibility. Benefits of stretching include: *enhanced physical fitness
*enhanced ability to learn and perform skilled movements
*increased mental and physical relaxation
*enhanced development of body awareness
*reduced risk of injury to joints, muscles, and tendons
*reduced muscular soreness
*reduced muscular tension
*increased suppleness due to stimulation of the production of chemicals which, lubricate connective tissues
*reduced severity of painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea) in females
Stretching your body's muscles will actually enhance the healing process. Long, slow static stretching will help to increase blood flow and circulation, eliminating stasis and help to warm and invigorate the muscles and in turn lubricate the ligaments and joints. One good over all stretch for your body is to lie on the floor and gently bring your knees up to your chest. Once there, put a little pressure on your knees with two hands. Gently raise your head up toward the knees. Breath, in, out, in out.....slowly. Stretch, then relax. Repeat. One of the best over all stretches is the Sun Salutation.
