Thank you all for support of omhealth since 1998. And there are some newbies in this newsletter. Thanks for telling omhealth the essential oil is good. Yes is more than 25 years already.

 I hope to reignite this group to use essential oil, frankly speaking hope u can start using oil. I  am too old to go into social media and tiktok of constant doing video.  I am still the same Bryan lao Shi that love to share in class and I know time has changed u may not like to go attend class. Do make one more effort in 2025 ok.

Ever since covid I only conduct QI gong classs and infact it benefits many many. I hope one day I will make a come back to deliver a physical health beauty talk.

I still miss the time where my mom and myself organising workshop and she is always with me with here wonderful smile and compassion heart. Even though she is no longer here but I believe her energy of helping people, kindness, compassion and setting good example to me on how to handle life ups and down inspire me to continue to teach .

 

Any way remember to take care of your health. Use essential oil daily and also carrier oil like coconut oil, jojoba and rice bran oil for body. Blend with lavender or lemongrass to massage joint , it really helps in gaining. Hope one day u can break away from social media and business and come back to my class again.
