Feedback on Mala enhancing one's sleep has never ceased since it was first introduced in 2008. Whenever I go for my overseas trips, I will bring my Mala and place beside the pillow or wear around neck to feel safe and enjoy a better sleep. It works for me and many others, judging from the numerous feedbacks :p

When I was in KL working, I lighted a bit of Kim's sandalwood powder in my room and put it beside my mala. A feeling of calmness and happiness grows within my heart. I was thinking.... many times in life, we may see many situations as tough and unfair to us....some issues seems so so soooo tough that it can't be resolved. As I have repeated many times....You can't see the solution because you are too bogged down in the issues...your mind is all cramped up and focus on the same issues rather then looking forward at alternatives solutions.
If you are able to quiet your mind, solutions will appear.
If you are trapped in relationship problems:
Spend 5 mins a day, think through. Are you allowing that person to "destroy" your life? Or how can you improve on current relationship? Is your expectations too high? Have you been assuming the other party know what you are thinking? Have you been taking things for granted? Have you done your best? What's your final choice?

If you are trapped in $$$ problems:
Spend 5 mins and do Da Bo Gong mantra, amazing solutions will appear.
If you are having chronic health problems:
Spend 5 mins a day to do meditation. You will be surprised with the results. Some will reflect, realise and be awared....its could be stressed...always so uptight with things....not having the right food..... etc.
Meditation --- is an art of breathing. I am very happy for all who attended the class yesterday. Please continue to practise the simple techniques learnt yesterday and you can find your answers.
As one of the father said in church, "Let our heart meditate together ........."
