Cleansing of your crystals:
These are my personal crystals. It is a sunny day today, I am going to place them on a big piece of tissue. Next, I will drip my 5 Element oil on four corners of the tissue. Followed by using the Protection and Space Clearing spray to spray all the crystals. Leave it under the Sun for 5 mins and wipe dry. Cleansed!

Crystal's New Energy: The energy of many crystals in some crystal shops is very stagnant and needs to be renewed.

Having cleansed and recharged your crystals and stones will bring about good vibration vibes to your own energy fields, and indirectly you will also affect others with your higher energy.
If only everyone of us have a good energy system, the world would be a better place to live in.
I hope I can share my learnings in this area during my Crystal and Color Therapy self healing workshop. I was very attracted to learn about crystals therapy since young. In 1998, the fees to attend a 3 hours crystal class cost about $380. Not many people, including myself can afford to pay this amount back then. Now that I am better equipped with learnings and knowledge in crystals therapy, and understand that it is truely beneficial to overall wellbeings, I really really hope to share what I have learnt over the years with more people. Many crystal healers questioned why I charged at such low price. It does not bothered me at all because I believe this is an alternative therapy which can help humankind.



Inner Self
Development of high technologies comes at the expense of our Mother Earth, our personal development and cultivation. Search within yourself. Do you feel the true happiness and peacefulness you used to have? Or perhaps you can't recall at all? The older generation may want to recall the days where pagers were first introduced into our lives. I think people were more patient, humble and easily contented back then.

Our new generation are smarter but tends to suffer from poor sleeping patterns and consumed by radiations from Phones, Computers etc since a very young age......... It is our duty to guide the next generation to cultivate and share loving kindness, health care and great compassion.

If I have to talk to youngsters age from 12 years old to 21 years old, they will probably switch off because natural therapy is not their interest. This is one of my biggest concern. I won't be able to share my knowledge to everyone on my own. I will need all your help to guide the next generation. If you have kids at home, remember to teach them on love, herbs and acupressure. It will help to shape their thinkings about ways of life.


Law of Physics: Everything in planet will be affected by vibrational energy which is your thoughts. The practice of crystal therapy is one very powerful path we can walk towards this new begninning.
