One of my client called me yesterday. She was having a very bad headache and despite taking medication, the pain did not subside.Since she had a piece of a piece of clear quartz crystal, I told her to try holding it in her left hand and do some breathing. Half an hour later, she called me with a piece of good news. She told me her headache had greatly reduced.
I truely understand her agony because I used to have serious headache due my degenerated neck bone. Crystal breathing helps me a lot a lot..

There is no need to be too surprised with the effect brought by crystals. Crystals will balance the energy in our body if we know how to use them. It will redirect the dense energy around our head and relax the brain.
For those who have mala, please make good use of it. Do not keep it dormant until your next spring cleaning session! Another good stone to hold, is a piece of high energy clear quartz.

I am so unlucky to be attacked by a basket ball by a group of boys at the playground fm my back n at my neck. It has caused me my neck injury n very giddy to rise my neck up n down position for longer period for many yrs.
