Mala Usage 2

If you have noticed, the colors of your bracelets and Mala with Dzi will gradually become nicer. Some feedback the color of their Dzi becomes more red. But again, it depends. This is a picture of my own Amethyst bracelet, the deep purple shines. I will always wear it whenever I go to the Botanic garden to perform breathing exercise.

Mala and bracelets also employed the principle of vibrational energy color therapy to improve health. Each and every activated crystal emits an EM waves of highest vibration to balance body mind and emotion. Improving your 'Ki' and relaxation is the key towards good health and luck. Having a mala may not change your luck overnight but when you smile, relax and perform this breathing exercise with an open heart, you will know what I mean - Calm and Serenity brings good luck :D
Procedure: Put your bracelet or mala in an empty box. Find a piece of clean cotton wool. Drip 3 drops of Lavendula Vera(or any of your favorite oil) onto this cottonwool. Put the cottonwool into the box. Cover the box for an hour to allow your mala/bracelet absorb the aroma essence.

Thereafter, you can perform self healing by wearing the mala/bracelet. Lie down on your bed with some soft music on and perform normal breathing exercise for 2 minutes. (You count your breathe in your heart)
NB: STAY TUNE for more good energy and lovely crystals. I am waiting for my friend to come back from Hong Kong. I just sent a few pieces of Brett's raw crystals to Hong Kong to design 2 or 3 pendants. Don't forget to come for the new crystal therapy class 1 Nov 2008 www.omhealth.com/bryanup.htm. All crystals and malas are activated by me using the 5 elements method, which is developed by me to enhance the energy of all crystals in the most natural way.

  2. Good morning lao shi.
reading your blog has become a habit for me. I cannot go w/out straits times, i cannot go w/out lao shi's blog every morning.

My lapis mala looks brighter now. It is so beautiful and I feel happy whenever i look at it. I like to place it at my tummy when I lied down. After a while of breathing exercise, my mind feels so alert and fresh.

My 5 elements bracelet also looks brighter now. I smile whenever I look at it. Very happy to look at it. The crystal shop owner told me its real semi precious stones. Pardon me, I am not doubting your ability but I asked the shop owner to see out of my curiousity.

Michelle: I think 5 elements shdn't be a problem. Lao shi said in the blog, any fav oil also can.

  4. Thanks Mrs Kay.

I thought so too. Bryan ever teach 5 elements oil to cleanse aura and as a footbath to boost immune system.
But since he said can use any of our favorite oil, I will use Sandalwood.

Bryan, your sandalwood comes just in time for this. It smells so nice so so nice. Awesome! Relax my mind almost instantly!
I applied just a little bit on my wrist yesterday, the scent is still there! Its unbelievable but now I know what you mean by good grade sandalwood oil.

    Thanks a lot!

my moonstone bracelet and amethyst mala becomes shiny like what you mentioned. Its not like a "blink blink" effect but it shines. Its very beautiful.
Both helped me to find peace and experience happiness. I seldom lose my temper nowadays and able to remain cool headed.
Thank you lao shi. I will try the aroma essence for my 2 valuable piece of "Bao Bei"

  9. Deborah, I took your idea to use sandalwood oil on the cottonwool.
My lapis mala scented with light sandalwood smell now.
Lao Shi, after my lapis mala is scented with sandalwood smell, I hold it like what you taught me for breathing excercise.
