Crystals are infact energy medicine tools for healing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, is not a cure but a working together for wholeness to cleanse and transform negative energies.
People that are stress and anxious is great to do some crystal grounding.
I always summarize my healing method to be " Bryan method" Simple and for Singaporean and no need to be so drama.
