This really comes down to personal preference. Some of the more common ways that Crystals are used are as follows:
- Wear as Bracelets and pendant (lately i find wearing black tourmaline and also a crystal pendant, seems to connect certain energy of balance)
- Put under pillow for stones
- Used in the Bath , sunstone and healing stone put water over night and than 5 drops of 5 element oil rinse body
- In Meditation Practice, put near u and rest
- Placed around the Home or Workplace for space clearing and room cleansing
- Counteracting Environmental Pollution
